Capt. Marvin's Watersports Celebrates 30 Years in Operation

Capt. Marvins Watersports, initially known as Turtle Parasail, began operating in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1991.

Today, 30 years later, the watersports operator said that it was proud to still the only locally owned and operated parasail company.

In the picture below is our first boat Almost Heaven and you can see how far the industry has changed over years.

The company is thankful to everyone that has flown with it over the years and helped it to grow into the company that it has become today.

Owner and operator Capt. Marvin Pratt said that the company continues to make smiles and memories for both residents and visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands.

With pristine tropical beaches that meet turquoise waters, the Turks and Caicos Islands is a magnet for North American tourists who seek adventures on the water including parasailing.

Capt. Marvins Watersports is based in Providenciales and operates two 28' Premium Custom USCG-certified twelve passenger, and one 31' Ocean Pro parasail boats.

Chadt, a visitor from Georgia, USA, said "we went out on a whim and glad we did. So much fun and the crew was so helpful, nice and genuinely concerned with safety and our happiness. Me and my 18 year-old daughter went up and man you just get an unbelievable view from up there. We could see clear across the island."
